Here's how the AMG A45's engine is the world's most power 4-cylinder engine

the M139 engine that's in the AMG A45, GLA45, and CLA45 is the most powerful 4-cylinder engine in the world with 416 horsepower. Engineering Explained broke down how Mercedes AMG was able to accomplish this. 30.5 psi of boost will definitely help haha but it's remarkable how the engine is able to handle all that that boost.

I love Engineering Explained's videos, you learn so much from them. It blows my mind that AMG has the engine running with 30.5 psi. I wonder how much more boost it could handle.

It's no wonder these can keep up with Nissan GT-R's which is insane for what you're paying new or used.

You're definitely getting more than you bargained for with this crazy engine.

Over time it should continue to impress us.
Especially as people open up the engine and do internal mods.

Even for those that done, it could result in CLA 45's holding their value well over the years.

I can definitely see that, or maybe it results in the CLA 45 flying under the radar a bit.

CLA's might not due to cheaper used prices and a higher volume of tuners taking advantage of that.
